You’re Not Blocked: How to Break Free and Manifest with Ease
Today, I Woke Up and Realized Something Mind-Blowing About Mental Blocks
This morning started off totally normal. My fiancé and I were just hanging out, scrolling through TikTok, laughing, and doing what we do—chilling and not taking life too seriously. And then, BAM. Out of nowhere, this TikTok pops up that totally stopped me in my tracks.
It was this guy saying something so simple, yet so completely life-changing, that it hit me like a ton of bricks. He said:
"You don’t even have blocks. You create the blocks by focusing on them. If you stopped focusing on blocks and instead focused on the good things, the blocks wouldn’t even exist."
Like… WHAT?! Let that sink in for a second.
I don’t know about you, but I’ve been caught in this exact spiral for the longest time. We’ve been so programmed to think we’re broken, to believe there’s always something wrong, some deep-rooted block we have to dig up, analyze, and clear before we can be happy or successful. And the craziest part? It’s not even true.
You’re Not Broken—Stop Acting Like It
Let’s get real for a second. How many times have you told yourself, “Ugh, I must have a block,” just because something didn’t go the way you wanted? And then what happens? You spiral. You start obsessing over this imaginary block, and it makes you feel even more stuck.
The truth is, you’re not broken. You don’t need to be fixed. You’re already whole, already enough, already exactly where you’re supposed to be.
Even the things you think are “mistakes” weren’t mistakes at all. You did everything exactly the way you were supposed to. Every single decision you’ve made, every moment of your life, has led you to this one right here. And guess what? It’s perfect.
The only reason you feel like you’re not on your highest path is because you think you’re not. It’s not real—it’s just a story you’re telling yourself.
Social Media Is Keeping You Stuck
Let’s talk about where this all comes from because I feel like a huge part of this is social media. Everywhere you look, there’s a new spiritual trend or self-help guru telling you what’s “wrong” with you.
“Clear your blocks.”
“Heal your inner child.”
“Unblock your abundance.”
Don’t get me wrong, there’s a time and place for self-reflection and healing, but can we take a step back for a second? We’ve become so obsessed with fixing ourselves that we’re literally creating problems that don’t exist. Social media makes it worse because we’re constantly looking outward instead of inward. We see all these people talking about their “blocks” and think, “Well, I must have blocks too!” And then we get caught in this endless loop of trying to fix something that was never broken in the first place.
Here’s where it gets even crazier: If you think you have blocks, you’re literally manifesting them. Manifestation is about focus. What you focus on expands. So, if you’re constantly focusing on “blocks,” your brain is going to go, “Oh, okay! Blocks? Let me find some for you!” But here’s the thing—you’re not actually finding blocks. You’re creating them. Every time you tell yourself you’re stuck or blocked, you’re giving energy to that belief and making it real.
It’s like that one rule in life that nobody talks about: It’s only as hard as you make it.
So, what if we stopped making it so hard?
Science Says: Stop Looking for Problems
Let’s back this up with some science because I know some of you are going to want the receipts.
Your brain has something called the Reticular Activating System (RAS). It’s basically a filter that decides what you pay attention to. When you focus on the idea of “blocks,” your RAS starts finding “proof” of those blocks everywhere.
Missed opportunity? Must be a block.
Feeling unmotivated? Another block.
Can’t manifest your dream life in 24 hours? Definitely a block.
But here’s the good news: your brain is incredibly adaptable. Through something called neuroplasticity, you can rewire it. If you stop focusing on the negative and start focusing on what’s working, your brain will literally shift its filter. It’ll start finding proof that you’re thriving, that you’re in flow, that you’re exactly where you need to be.
So, instead of obsessing over blocks, what if you obsessed over joy? Over ease? Over the things that make you feel alive?
Spirituality Is Supposed to Be Simple
Let’s bring it back to the spiritual side because this ties in so beautifully. We’ve overcomplicated everything. Manifestation, healing, alignment—it’s all gotten so tangled up in these rules and methods and “do this, don’t do that” nonsense.
But the truth is, spirituality is simple. You are the creator of your reality. Period.
You don’t need to clear blocks. You don’t need to heal every wound or check every box. You just need to align your energy with what you want and trust that it’s already yours. That’s it. It’s not about overthinking. It’s not about fixing yourself. It’s about realizing you were never broken to begin with.
Here’s the analogy that really drives this home for me: Imagine you’re standing in the middle of a forest. It’s dense, it’s dark, and every path feels like a dead end. You’re frustrated, overwhelmed, and stuck. Now imagine someone comes along and says, “Why are you trying to navigate this forest? You built it.” At first, that might piss you off. Like, “What do you mean I built this?” But then it clicks. You’ve been the one planting the trees. You’ve been the one creating the obstacles. And the moment you realize that, you can stop trying to navigate it and just rise above it.
What Do You Do Now?
If you’ve been feeling stuck or blocked, here’s what I want you to do:
Stop Searching for Blocks
The more you search for them, the more you create them. Let go of the idea that something’s wrong with you.Focus on What Feels Good
What lights you up? What makes you feel alive? Put your energy there.Trust That You’re Exactly Where You Need to Be
Even if it doesn’t feel like it, you’re on your highest path. The only thing keeping you from seeing it is your own doubt.Manifest Ease, Not Struggle
Start telling yourself a new story: “Life is easy. Things flow to me effortlessly. I’m in perfect alignment.” Watch how quickly everything shifts.
New Course Coming Soon!!
This is exactly what I’m diving into in my new course. It’s all about stepping out of this cycle of overthinking, overanalyzing, and trying to fix yourself. It’s about stepping into your power, realizing you’re already perfect, and creating the life you want with ease and flow.
So, let me ask you this: What would your life look like if you stopped focusing on blocks and started focusing on joy?
Drop a comment or send me a message—I’d love to hear your thoughts. And stay tuned, because this course is going to change everything.

Learn the Major Arcana: Tarot’s Most Powerful Cards
Learn about the 22 Major Arcana Cards in Tarot
Hellloo beautiful souls,
How’s everyone feeling today? I hope you’re all vibing high and keeping your energy grounded. Today, we’re going to dive deep into the heart of the tarot—the Major Arcana. But let me tell you right now, this isn’t your run-of-the-mill tarot lesson. Nah, we’re doing this my way. I’m blending the traditional meanings with my own unique takes—infusing light, shadow, and that potent divine feminine energy I’ve come to know so intimately. Because, let’s be real, tarot isn’t just a deck of cards; it’s a mirror to your soul, reflecting your path, your wounds, and your highest potential.
Now, if you’ve ever flipped a tarot card and felt it staring straight into your soul (you know what I’m talking about), you already know the Major Arcana are the heavy hitters. These 22 cards hold the keys to life’s biggest lessons, transformations, and wake-up calls. Each one has its own vibe—some are gentle and nurturing, like a warm embrace from the Empress, while others hit like a gut punch, forcing you to face truths you’d rather keep buried (hello, Tower).
I’m a tarot reader and healer, and these cards are more than just symbols—they’re guides, teachers, and sometimes, tough-love friends. When I read the tarot, I connect deeply with the energies, blending my intuition with the story the cards are trying to tell. For me, The High Priestess is the essence of dark divine feminine energy—mystical, intuitive, and unapologetically powerful. The Empress? She embodies the light divine feminine, nurturing and abundant. Each Major Arcana card carries both light and shadow aspects, and that’s what makes them so damn powerful.
So, if you’re ready to unlock the secrets of these cards, connect with your own light and shadow, and maybe even feel a little called out (but in a loving way), let’s dive in. This journey is about more than just learning tarot—it’s about getting real with yourself, growing, and maybe even transforming the way you see your life.
The Fool (0)
Alright, let’s kick things off with The Fool—the one who starts it all. This card is pure potential, unfiltered hope, and a willingness to jump into the unknown with open arms. It’s that moment when you decide to take a risk, to say “yes” to life’s crazy twists without worrying about where you’ll land.
Upright: Fresh starts, new journeys, and trusting yourself to take that leap. When The Fool shows up, it’s the universe’s way of saying, “Go for it.” No fear, no baggage—just trust in the process. Maybe you’ve been holding back out of fear or uncertainty, but it’s time to step out and see where it leads.
Reversed: Hesitation, recklessness, or clinging to comfort zones. Maybe you’re too afraid to move forward or, on the flip side, jumping without a plan. Either way, this is a call to slow down and check in with your intuition. Is it fear holding you back, or are you throwing caution to the wind when you need to pause?
The Magician (I)
The Magician steps in with some serious “you’ve got this” energy. Manifesting! This card is all about using your talents, focusing your intentions, and making things happen. It’s about tapping into that raw creative power and manifesting your desires into reality.
Upright: You have everything you need within you. Skills, intuition, drive—it’s all there. Now’s the time to focus and make it happen. When The Magician shows up, it’s like a big green light. Manifestation mode is on!
Reversed: Feeling scattered, out of touch with your own power, or maybe even dealing with manipulation (whether from others or yourself). Are you misusing your gifts or doubting your potential? Time to realign and remember what you’re capable of.
The High Priestess (II)
Ah, my favorite—the High Priestess. She’s the keeper of secrets, the voice of your intuition, and that quiet knowing that lives deep within you. This is dark divine feminine energy at its peak: mysterious, wise, and unapologetically in touch with her own power. When she shows up, it’s a call to listen to that inner voice—no matter what anyone else says.
Upright: Intuition, spiritual wisdom, hidden knowledge. The High Priestess invites you to trust your gut. You know what’s up, even if it doesn’t make sense on the surface.
Reversed: Ignoring your intuition, secrets coming to light, or feeling blocked from your inner wisdom. Maybe you’re too caught up in what others are saying and not enough in what you know deep down. Time to turn inward.
The Empress (III)
The Empress brings in the light divine feminine energy. She’s all about nurturing, creating, and embracing abundance. Think motherly love, creativity flowing, and a sense of beauty and growth everywhere you look. This is where you step into your power to create and nurture whatever you’re passionate about.
Upright: Abundance, nurturing, fertility (not just in the baby-making sense—this is about growing whatever you’re passionate about). It’s time to step into your power and create beauty in your life.
Reversed: Neglecting yourself, creative blockages, or feeling disconnected from your own needs. Are you giving too much to others and not enough to yourself? It’s time to find that balance.
The Emperor (IV)
The Emperor strides in with big “let’s get it together” energy. He’s all about structure, boundaries, and leadership. Think of him as the protector and provider, laying down the rules and keeping things steady.
Upright: Authority, stability, protection. This is your reminder to step into your own power and take control of what needs order in your life. Set boundaries and stick to them—it’s about building something that lasts.
Reversed: Domineering behavior, feeling stifled, or lack of discipline. Maybe you’re pushing too hard, or you’re letting someone else run the show. Time to find a balance between control and flexibility.
The Hierophant (V)
Here’s where tradition and spiritual teachings come into play. The Hierophant represents structures, beliefs, and wisdom passed down. He’s like that guide who helps you find your path, but sometimes he can feel a bit rigid.
Upright: Spiritual guidance, traditions, and seeking wisdom from established practices. It’s a nudge to learn from trusted sources or reconnect with spiritual roots.
Reversed: Breaking free from norms, rejecting tradition, or feeling restricted. Maybe it’s time to question what you’ve always been told and find your own truth.
The Lovers (VI)
The Lovers card isn’t just about romance; it’s about choices and connections. It represents union, whether with a partner, a path, or yourself.
Upright: Love, deep connections, alignment. Whether it’s a soulmate, a life decision, or a passion, this card shows harmony and connection on a soul level.
Reversed: Misalignment, difficult choices, or imbalance in relationships. Are you out of sync with someone or with yourself? Time to figure out what’s not aligning.
The Chariot (VII)
The Chariot charges in with determination and willpower. It’s about taking the reins of your life and moving forward, no matter what obstacles lie ahead.
Upright: Control, victory, and determination. You’ve got the power to steer your path—just stay focused and driven.
Reversed: Lack of direction, feeling out of control, or obstacles in your way. Maybe it’s time to reassess your path or regain focus.
Strength (VIII)
True strength isn’t about physical power; it’s about courage, compassion, and resilience. This card is about taming your inner beasts and facing life’s challenges with grace.
Upright: Inner strength, courage, patience. This is about staying soft in a hard world and finding strength within.
Reversed: Self-doubt, weakness, or being overwhelmed. You’re stronger than you think—time to believe it.
The Hermit (IX)
When The Hermit shows up, it’s a call to turn inward. This is the soul’s retreat, the quiet place where you seek clarity and wisdom.
Upright: Introspection, solitude, spiritual growth. Take a break from the noise and listen to your own truth.
Reversed: Isolation, feeling lost, or avoiding self-reflection. Don’t shut yourself out; connect within.
Wheel of Fortune (X)
Change is inevitable, and the Wheel reminds us that life is full of ups and downs. The key? Embrace the cycles.
Upright: Good luck, cycles, and turning points. Fortune is shifting—embrace the new chapter.
Reversed: Bad luck, resistance to change, or feeling stuck. Life’s cycles can be rough—ride it out.
Justice (XI)
Justice is the card of truth, fairness, and karmic balance. It’s about accountability and making things right.
Upright: Fairness, truth, accountability. Decisions are being made, and justice is on your side—be honest and fair.
Reversed: Injustice, dishonesty, imbalance. If things feel unfair, check your actions or find ways to correct the scales.
The Hanged Man (XII)
Pause. Reflect. Let go. The Hanged Man calls for a change in perspective and surrendering control.
Upright: New perspective, letting go, and surrender. Sometimes you need to pause to move forward.
Reversed: Stubbornness, delay, or resisting change. Are you clinging to what no longer serves you?
Death (XIII)
Don’t freak out—Death isn’t literal; it’s transformation, rebirth, and endings that make way for beginnings.
Upright: Transformation, endings, and renewal. Something needs to end for something new to begin.
Reversed: Fear of change, stagnation. Are you resisting necessary endings?
Temperance (XIV)
Temperance brings balance, moderation, and harmony. It’s about finding your flow.
Upright: Balance, patience, and blending different aspects of life.
Reversed: Imbalance, excess, or feeling scattered.
The Devil (XV)
The Devil shows up when we’re trapped by fear, addiction, or our own darkness.
Upright: Temptation, attachment, facing shadows. Time to break free from what binds you.
Reversed: Breaking free, reclaiming power. You’re ready to let go of what no longer serves.
The Tower (XVI)
Brace yourself—The Tower shakes things up. Sudden change, breakdowns, and breakthroughs.
Upright: Sudden upheaval, revelations, breaking down illusions.
Reversed: Resistance to change, avoiding a necessary shake-up.

The Hard Truths About Healing
Healing isn’t always pretty, but the journey is worth it. Let's dive into the challenges that lead to true growth.
How I Survive Trauma: The Blunt Truth About Healing
Let’s not sugarcoat it: trauma leaves you wrecked in ways you often don’t even understand until much later. You carry it in your heart, your body, and your energy. It could be the way your parents spoke to you—cutting words that pierced your soul. It could be growing up in an environment where love was conditional, or worse, where love was withheld entirely. Some of us were emotionally neglected, while others were mentally or physically abused. For some, it may have been even darker than that.
The truth is, trauma doesn’t have one face. It wears many masks and shows up in ways you don’t always expect. But no matter what form it takes, we can all agree on one thing: it hurts. Deeply. And the worst part? You don’t just “get over it.” Trauma doesn’t disappear once you turn 18, or when you move out, or even when you think you’ve put it behind you. It stays, festers, and follows you into every new relationship, every new phase of your life, until you deal with it.
I’ve been there. I’ve lived through things that I didn’t even have words for at the time. I thought I was doing a good job burying it, pretending like it didn’t matter. But the truth is, the things you push down have a way of coming back up, sometimes in the most unexpected ways. You’ll find yourself snapping at someone you love, feeling out of control in a situation that shouldn’t have triggered you. It’s not you—it’s the pain that you haven’t addressed.
There was a point in my life where I thought I had it together, but I didn’t. I was surviving, not living. That’s when I realized that I had to stop running from the shadows. And shadow work became my lifeline.
Shadow work isn’t about sitting around feeling sorry for yourself. It’s about getting real, digging deep, and acknowledging the parts of yourself that are hurt, broken, and hiding. It’s ugly. It’s not the kind of healing that people like to talk about because it forces you to confront things you’d rather avoid. But let me tell you—it’s the only way to heal for real.
The Power of Shadow Work
The first time I truly faced my shadows, I cried. Not a cute, single tear kind of cry, but the gut-wrenching, all-consuming kind of cry. It wasn’t pretty, but it was necessary. All the anger, the grief, the pain that I had been holding in for years came flooding out. And in that moment, I realized I wasn’t just angry at the people who hurt me—I was angry at myself for letting that hurt define me.
Shadow work forced me to look at the darkest parts of my life and ask, “How did this shape who I am today? How am I letting this pain control me?” It was hard, but every time I peeled back another layer, I got closer to myself—the real me, not the version that trauma created.
It wasn’t just shadow work that saved me. Tarot became a mirror for my soul. Every time I sat with my deck, I learned something new about myself. Tarot isn’t about predicting the future for me. It’s about reflecting the truth that I already know but haven’t been ready to face. The cards show you what you need to see, not what you want to see. And that’s why they’re such a powerful tool for healing.
I remember one New Moon, I was in such a bad place emotionally. I didn’t know what I needed, but I knew something had to change. I pulled two cards that night: The High Priestess and The Tower. Those cards shook me to my core. The Tower showed me that everything I had been holding onto needed to crumble, and The High Priestess reminded me that my intuition was my greatest weapon in rebuilding. I knew in that moment I had to let go of the version of me that was stuck in the past.
Embracing Lunar Phases: My Guide to Healing
That moment with the tarot cards made me realize something deeper: my healing was going to come in phases. Just like the Moon cycles through different phases, so would my journey. The more I worked with the lunar phases, the more I noticed how they mirrored my healing process. The Moon, with its subtle power, became a guiding force for me.
Each lunar phase holds its own energy. The New Moon became my time for setting intentions, planting seeds for the changes I wanted to see in myself. I’d ask myself, "What do I need to begin? What habits or thoughts do I need to shift?" The darkness of the New Moon invites reflection and helps me start fresh. It’s a clean slate for my soul.
When the Full Moon arrives, it’s about release. This is when I let go of what’s holding me back—whether it’s fear, trauma, or old patterns. The energy of the Full Moon encourages release and completion, pushing me to face the things I’ve been avoiding and finally let them go. Every Full Moon, I make a list of what I need to release and burn it, symbolizing the end of that chapter.
This process of aligning my healing with the lunar cycles taught me that healing isn’t linear. There are times when you feel like you’re back at square one, but that’s part of the cycle. You’ll rise again, just as the Moon does.
If you’re curious about how to work with the lunar phases for healing, I’ve created a Lunar Love Moon Course that dives deep into this practice. It’s a course designed to guide you through each phase of the Moon, showing you how to harness its energy for your own healing and transformation. I built this course based on my personal experience with trauma, tarot, and the Moon, and it’s my way of sharing that healing power with you.
But healing isn’t just about spiritual tools. As much as I love tarot and the Moon, I also ground my healing in science. Trauma lives in the body—it’s a fact. Your nervous system remembers everything, and if you don’t release that energy, it manifests as anxiety, stress, or even physical pain. That’s why I incorporate meditation and mirror work into my healing practice.
Meditation is scientifically proven to regulate the nervous system. It brings you back to a place of calm, helping you process stored trauma. When I meditate, I feel my body release the tension it’s been holding onto for years. It’s like giving myself permission to relax, to let go of the constant fight-or-flight mode I used to live in.
Mirror work, on the other hand, is about confronting the parts of yourself that you’ve ignored for too long. When you look in the mirror and speak truth and love to yourself, something shifts. You start to see yourself differently. You start to realize that you are worthy of love, healing, and peace, no matter what you’ve been through. It’s a practice that has helped me reconnect with the version of myself that isn’t defined by trauma but by strength.
We Are Stronger Than We Think
I want to leave you with this: healing from trauma is not something that you ever have to do alone. Yes, it’s messy. It’s raw, and it’s intense. But you don’t have to keep carrying this burden on your own.
The tools I’ve shared with you—shadow work, tarot, lunar phases, meditation, mirror work—these are not quick fixes. They are part of a lifelong journey. Healing takes time, patience, and commitment. But every single step you take brings you closer to reclaiming your power.
You are not defined by what happened to you. You are defined by how you rise from it. You’re strong enough to face this. You’ve survived the worst. Now, it’s time to thrive.
If you’re ready to take the next step in your healing journey, start with small changes—whether that’s pulling a tarot card, sitting with the New Moon’s energy, or just standing in front of the mirror and reminding yourself, “I am worthy.” Healing is not about perfection; it’s about progress.
The Libra New Moon: Setting Intentions
The Libra New Moon brings a chance to reset and find balance. Perfect time to set intentions and create harmony in your life.
When was the last time you stopped, really paused, and listened to that quiet voice inside you? Not just the surface thoughts about your daily life—the to-do lists, the noise—but those deeper whispers, the ones you’ve probably been ignoring. I used to drown out that inner voice too. For the longest time, I didn’t give myself space to be still. But the universe has a way of nudging us, gently or not, to pay attention. For me, that moment came with the New Moon.
I know it might sound dramatic, but the New Moon isn’t just another part of the lunar cycle. It’s a moment of stillness and darkness that invites us to reflect and realign. Every month, it asks us, “What do you need to let go of, and what are you ready to create?” And every month, I answer that question by sitting down with my tarot deck and listening.
A lot of people think tarot is about predicting the future, but for me, it’s more like holding up a mirror—one that reflects back the truths I already know but haven’t been ready to face. One particular New Moon stands out to me. I had been holding onto friendships that I knew weren’t aligned with who I was becoming. I kept telling myself to hang in there, that maybe things would change. But deep down, I knew they wouldn’t. That night, I sat with my deck, asking for clarity. And I pulled two cards: The Empress and The High Priestess.
Those cards felt like they were screaming at me—gently but powerfully. The Empress reminded me of my power to nurture and create, not just for others, but for myself. The High Priestess urged me to trust my intuition, something I hadn’t been doing for a long time. I already knew what needed to happen, but seeing it laid out like that? It was like the universe was giving me permission to finally let go of what wasn’t serving me anymore.
And so, I did. I made the tough decision to move on from those friendships, and while it wasn’t easy, it was absolutely necessary. That New Moon intention didn’t just change my relationships—it changed how I approached life. It was about stepping fully into my own power, trusting myself, and embracing the healer within me.
That was four years ago, and since then, I’ve been on a deep personal healing journey. Every New Moon, I revisit the lessons from that night, using the energy to set new intentions and continue growing. The process isn’t always easy. Letting go of things—whether it’s people, habits, or even old versions of yourself—can feel like cutting away parts of your soul. But in that space, new growth happens. You make room for what truly belongs in your life.
The beauty of the New Moon is that it’s a quiet, subtle invitation to start fresh. Whether you’re feeling stuck in a relationship, a job, or just in your own mind, the New Moon offers you a chance to reset. I sit with my tarot deck, light a candle, and ask myself the hard questions: What do I need to release? What am I ready to welcome into my life? The cards aren’t magic—they’re tools for reflection, helping me connect with that deep knowing already within me.
One of the things I love most about the New Moon is its quiet power. Unlike the Full Moon, which is all about dramatic release, the New Moon is about setting the foundation for something new, even if you can’t see the results right away. It’s a moment to plant seeds, to quietly manifest, and to trust that those intentions will grow in time.

I also love adding crystals like rose quartz; https://amzn.to/4gLLZl6 for balance and love, and lighting these candles; https://amzn.to/47O3zAO to create a calming atmosphere for meditation and reflection. These simple tools can deepen your experience and help you focus your intentions during this lunar phase.
If you’re unsure of where to start, consider a tarot reading to guide you through this process. The answers are already within you—sometimes, you just need a little guidance to hear them clearly. Also check out my Lunar Love Course to get educated on each phase of the moon like me!
My Rituals (and How You Can Start Too)
🌙 Working with moon phases changed my life, and it can change yours too. Learn how to start your own rituals today.
Hey, beautiful souls! 🌙 Whether you’re already vibing with the moon’s energy or just starting to feel drawn to it, I’m glad you’re here. Honestly, my connection with the moon is something I’ve always felt deep within. It wasn’t something I had to learn or discover—it just was. I’ve always been connected to water and the moon itself. As a Cancer Sun (which is ruled by the moon), I feel that connection even more deeply. But it’s more than just astrology; it’s always been like an automatic knowing. Working with the moon just felt right.
I don’t stick to one moon phase or another either. I connect with all of them because each phase brings its own energy, whether it’s release, affirmation, or manifestation. What I need at that time depends on where I’m at in life. Sometimes, I love the chaotic energy of the full moon, but I appreciate every aspect of every phase. If you’re curious about diving deeper into all eight phases, I’ve got a Lunar Love Course on my website that goes into each one in depth.
Now, let’s do a quick vibe check on the moon phases, and I’ll share a bit about how I use them.
Quick Vibe Check on the Moon Phases
1. New Moon – The Blank Canvas
This is where you set your intentions. It’s like starting fresh with no past baggage—just pure potential. This is where I decide what I want to manifest.
2. Waxing Crescent – The Energy Builder
It’s time to take the first steps. I use this phase to put some action behind my intentions—whether that’s planning, researching, or just getting the wheels turning.
3. First Quarter – The Push Through
Challenges might pop up here, but this is where you power through. I focus on pushing past resistance and staying on track with what I’ve set out to do.
4. Waxing Gibbous – The Refiner
It’s all about adjustments here. I check in with my progress and make tweaks where needed. This is my “fine-tuning” phase.
5. Full Moon – The Big Release
Here’s where the magic really kicks in for me. The full moon is chaotic, and I love it. It’s a time for reflection and letting go of anything that’s holding me back. Whether it’s limiting beliefs or toxic patterns, I release it all.
6. Waning Gibbous – The Gratitude Phase
After all the intensity of the full moon, I like to take a step back and reflect on what I’m grateful for. It’s important to recognize the growth that’s happened so far.
7. Last Quarter – The Release Continues
More releasing, but with a focus on clearing the way for what’s to come. I start letting go of what no longer serves me, making room for new energy in the next cycle.
8. Waning Crescent – The Rest
This is where I rest, recharge, and get ready for the next cycle. It’s all about preparation and reflection as I get ready for the next new moon.
How I Use the Moon to Manifest (and How You Can Too)
Now that we’ve covered the phases, let’s talk about how I actually use the moon’s energy. I’ve manifested my entire life through these practices. I’ve changed the way I think daily—not just by using the moon, but also through self-love, mirror work, and other tools. It’s shifted my relationships and the way I respect myself. I’ve seen more relationships drift away than come into my life because now, I have stronger boundaries and more self-respect.
Each moon phase offers me a different ritual or practice. Sometimes, it’s about setting intentions with the new moon or doing a full-on release with the full moon. Every phase is different, and my rituals depend on what I need at that moment. I’m going to drop some of my favorite tools for each phase below—these are the things that really work for me and might help you as you start your own moon practice.

What to Do When Things Aren’t Manifesting as You Hoped
Here’s the real talk—sometimes things feel stagnant, like nothing’s happening, and that’s totally okay. I ground myself during these phases by checking in with my mindset and actions. If my fears are getting in the way, I focus on my mindset. If anxiety is stopping me from taking action, I shift my energy to doing the work. I also check in with the moon and which zodiac sign it’s in because that can give clues about what the themes of that phase are.
Remember, manifesting is a process. If you feel like things aren’t moving fast enough, it’s usually a sign to either change your approach or be patient. I always remind myself that just like with anything in life—whether it’s new friendships, jobs, or habits—you’ve got to give it time and trust the process. And the moon helps guide that process beautifully.
For Those New to Moon Manifesting: Where to Start?
If you’re new to this and feeling a bit overwhelmed, don’t worry. The moon is something you’ll get used to—just like getting used to a new friend or a new routine. I’m an eclectic witch, so I don’t follow a strict path or set of rules. I believe in making things your own, and that’s how I’ve crafted my practice.
If you’re just starting, pick one moon phase—maybe the new moon because it’s all about beginnings—and set an intention. Work with that energy for a month, and see how it feels. You’ll find your own flow. And remember, it doesn’t have to be perfect.
Ready to dive deeper?
If you want to get into the details of each phase and how to really harness this energy, I go way more in-depth in my Lunar Love Course, where we explore all eight phases and what they can do for your life. You can check that out on my website and join me for some real lunar magic.
At the end of the day, working with the moon is about you. It’s about connecting to what feels right and using that energy to guide your life. Whether you’re manifesting something big or just trying to let go of old energy, the moon is there to help you every step of the way. So, start small, trust the process, and let the moon work its magic. 🌙
My Journey from Childhood Curiosity to Spiritual Mastery
A personal story about my path through tarot, astrology, and moon magic, and how it continues to shape my life.
Hey there, beautiful soul! It’s Michelle here, and I’m thrilled to bring you into my world through this blog post. Let’s take a journey back in time, way back to when I was just a little girl—about six or seven years old. I have this vivid memory of hanging out with my mom and her friend while they were pulling tarot cards. At the time, I had no idea what they were doing, but I remember being fascinated. It’s funny how that moment stuck with me, quietly influencing my path even though no one explained what it meant back then.
Fast forward to today, and that early curiosity has blossomed into a profound connection with tarot and astrology. These tools aren’t just part of my spiritual practice—they’re woven into the very fabric of my life. My daily tarot practice isn’t just about reading cards; it’s about healing, intuition, and protection. Every morning, I light a candle, say a protection prayer, and connect with my spiritual team. It’s a sacred routine that grounds me, helping me to navigate whatever the day might throw my way.
The Power of Combining Tarot and Astrology
You know, tarot and astrology are like the ultimate spiritual power couple. While tarot helps me articulate my intuition and guide my daily decisions, astrology adds an extra layer of cosmic insight. Even though I’m still learning about astrology, I love how it deepens my understanding of the energies at play. For instance, understanding the planetary influences during certain tarot readings can add so much depth to the interpretation.
In fact, astrology and tarot are incredibly intertwined. Did you know that each tarot card in the Major Arcana is associated with a specific zodiac sign or planet? For example, The High Priestess is linked with the Moon, symbolizing intuition, secrets, and the subconscious. By aligning tarot readings with astrological transits, you can unlock deeper layers of meaning and guidance.
Mastering My Intuition Through Tarot
I’ve had my intuitive gifts for as long as I can remember—since I was born, really. But it wasn’t until about five years ago that I started using tarot as a tool to channel that intuition into words and actions. This wasn’t an overnight process; it took time, practice, and a lot of trust in myself. Tarot became the bridge between my inner knowing and the tangible world, helping me answer questions that had been brewing in my subconscious for years.
One thing I’ve learned is the importance of balancing structure with intuition. My daily tarot readings are a mix of routine and spontaneity. While I have certain spreads I like to use, I also allow my intuition to guide the process. Sometimes I pull a single card; other times, I might do a full spread depending on what feels right in the moment. It’s all about tuning into the energy around me, a practice that’s deeply influenced by Neptune’s dreamy influence.
The Spiritual Path: Blending Science, Psychology, and Astrology
My journey didn’t stop at tarot. I’ve also dived into the world of quantum physics, psychology, and of course, astrology. I grew up in a Catholic household, and later transitioned to Christianity, but over time, I found myself embracing a broader spiritual path. This path includes a belief in God, but also an openness to the mysteries of the universe that can’t be fully explained by traditional religion.
Astrology, for instance, has been a revelation. Understanding my natal chart helped me make sense of who I am and why I experience the world the way I do. It's fascinating how the movements of celestial bodies can influence our personalities, relationships, and even the challenges we face. Combining these insights with tarot has allowed me to approach life with a sense of purpose and direction that I never had before.

How Self-Love Became My Superpower
Loving myself unlocked my true potential. Here’s how self-love became the key to manifesting my dream life.
How Self-Love Became My Superpower
Hey there, beautiful soul! It’s Michelle, and I’m so excited to welcome you to my very first blog post here on MysticMMoon.com. 😊 Today, I want to dive into something that's been a cornerstone of my life—self-love and manifestation. For me, self-love is my superpower. It means knowing that no matter what life throws at me, I’ve got my own back. It’s about picking myself up when I fall, setting boundaries, and speaking my truth—even when it’s hard.
I’ve had my fair share of ups and downs, just like you. We’ve all been through those moments that make us question everything. For me, a big turning point was a couple of years ago. I faced some really tough times—a tornado at my job, a breakup, financial struggles, and dealing with family issues. I was broke, stressed, and feeling pretty alone. But through it all, I learned something powerful: self-love isn’t just nice to have—it’s essential.
Why Self-Love Is the Key to Manifestation
Here’s the thing—self-love isn’t just about treating yourself to a bubble bath (although I’m all for that!). It’s about believing that you’re worthy of all the good things you want in life. When you truly love yourself, you start manifesting the life you deserve because you know you’re worth it.
And guess what? Science backs this up! Recent studies show that positive thinking and self-belief can literally rewire your brain, thanks to something called neuroplasticity. This means that by practicing self-love, you’re actually creating new neural pathways that align with your desires and make them a reality (Psychology Today, 2024). It’s amazing how our thoughts can shape our physical reality—there’s even research suggesting that our emotions can influence the molecular structure of water, showing just how powerful our intentions can be (Create Higher Vibrations, 2024).
Your Turn: Take a moment right now to think about one thing you love about yourself. It doesn’t have to be anything big. Maybe you love your resilience, your kindness, or even your sense of humor. Write it down, say it out loud, and feel the love. Seriously, I’ll wait. 😊
My Journey to Manifestation
Manifestation isn’t just about wishing for things to happen—it’s about aligning your energy with your desires and taking action. And trust me, when you’re going through tough times, this can feel impossible. But that’s where self-love comes in. It gives you the strength to keep going, even when things are hard.
During those rough years, I started exploring manifestation techniques—everything from visualization to mirror work to affirmations. And slowly but surely, things started to shift. I started to see that I was the one in control of my life, not my circumstances. I used astrology, tarot, and spiritual practices to guide me, and I meditated a lot to keep myself grounded. The more I practiced, the more I realized that manifestation is a blend of science and spirituality. Quantum physics even suggests that our thoughts and intentions might influence the quantum field, helping us to manifest our desires by aligning with the right vibrations and frequencies (The Science Space, 2024).
A Simple Ritual for Self-Love and Manifestation
I want to share a little ritual that’s been a game-changer for me, especially during the New Moon when the energy is perfect for setting intentions:
Set the Mood: Light a candle, cleanse your space with sage or palo santo, and create a peaceful environment.
Mirror Work: Stand in front of a mirror, look into your own eyes, and speak your affirmations. Say things like, “I am worthy of all the love and abundance I desire.” It might feel awkward at first, but stick with it—it’s powerful.
Visualization: Close your eyes and imagine your dreams as if they’ve already come true. Feel the emotions of living that reality. Visualizing isn’t just daydreaming—it’s training your brain to believe in your future (Insight Timer, 2024).
Gratitude: End with gratitude. Thank yourself for the strength you’ve shown, and thank the universe for supporting you on this journey.
Interactive Moment: Try this ritual tonight. Even if it feels silly or uncomfortable, give it a shot. And when you’re done, take a few minutes to journal about how you felt. I’d love to hear about your experience in the comments below.
Thoughts
Self-love and manifestation are lifelong journeys. I’m still learning every day, and I know you are too. It’s not always easy, but every step forward, no matter how small, is worth it. Remember, you’re not alone in this. I’m here, cheering you on, and we’re all in this together.
So, what are you manifesting right now? What’s one thing you’re going to do today to show yourself some love? I can’t wait to hear about your journey. Let’s grow together, learn together, and manifest the lives we deserve.
Thanks for being here with me on this journey. Here’s to manifesting our best lives, one step at a time. 🌙✨
